Q: How do I contact PitBuilderMag.com?
A: Easy.  Email us!

Q: Why all the spam protection with captchas and hidden emails and whatnot?
A: In our experience, Wordpress is a brilliant platform for community sites but it is also a favourite of spammers.  PBM uses state of the art captcha technology called re-Captcha (plus its email counterpart Mailhide) from Carnegie Mellon University which not only secures the site and your email address from spam, but assists the university in digitising their library.  Everybody wins except the spammers.

Q: How can I contribute?
A: In a number of ways.  Register at the site and comment on the articles.  Email us with your ideas for articles, reviews and content (or post a comment on the Inbound page).  Tell your pitbuilding friends.  And if you want to submit an article of your own, you can become a contributing author.  Contact us and we'll work out the details.  Is there an event in your area that will be featuring sim cockpits, and you'd like a chance to be a roving reporter?  Let us know!

Q: Is there a print version of this magazine?  Are you commercial?
A: No.  We are publishing online only at this stage, and are entirely self-funded.  We may seek sponsors or advertisers in future if traffic demands.

Q: How do I update my profile after I've logged in?
A: Look for the Your Dashboard link on the right, just above the Twitter icon.

Q: Are you affiliated with any of the sites you link to?
A: Generally not.  If we ever link to an site which has any sort of commercial relationship with us, we will draw attention to the nature of the relationship.

Q: Why is a digital photo of my cockpit project uploaded at your site?
A: Probably because one of our editors thought it was really cool.  If you would like us to take it down we would be happy to oblige.  Please let us know.
